Custom screen printing for businesses and events.
Custom printed T-shirts, sweatshirts, and work shirts put your logo on apparel for employees, promotions, and events. Del Print handles screen printing in our Greencastle shop, with an art team to help prepare your design and sales support to find the right garments.
Custom T-shirts, sweatshirts, and business apparel
Choose from short-sleeve and long-sleeve T-shirts, pocket tees, hoodies, and crewneck sweatshirts. Del Print’s casual apparel collection includes cotton and blended fabrics, with different fits, colors, and size ranges. We can help you compare options for an employee order or a business event.
Screen printing applies ink through prepared screens to reproduce a design on fabric. It is commonly used for a quantity of garments carrying the same artwork. The number of printed colors is one of the factors that affects the decoration price.
Send the design and approximate quantity when you ask for a quote. If you haven’t chosen a shirt, tell us how it will be used and what you would like to spend. Our showroom gives you a place to compare samples before selecting apparel for the order.

Your design, prepared for the garment
The logo, lettering, and print location all belong in the artwork discussion. A front print, back print, or combination of locations can be reviewed with the garment you choose. Include any brand colors or existing design guidelines with your request.
Our in-house art team prepares mock-ups and presentations so you can review the proposed decoration. We’ll discuss the artwork and any changes with you before the order goes into production.
Screen printing prices depend in part on the design’s colors and the order quantity. If you have a fixed budget, let us know while we’re choosing the apparel and preparing the quote. We can discuss the available product and design options together.

Get help choosing the decoration
Send the artwork before deciding how the design should be produced. Detailed lettering, multiple colors, and different garment fabrics need to be considered alongside the quantity. Our team can review the job and explain the decoration proposed for your order.
Del Print offers both screen printing and embroidery. If you’re deciding between a printed shirt and an embroidered polo, we can discuss the look of each using the actual garments and your design. You don’t need a finished product selection before contacting us.
For another order of the same shirts, send the earlier style and design information with the new quantities. We’ll confirm the products, artwork, pricing, and schedule for that order.
