Plan shirts for volunteers, staff, and supporters

Decide who the shirts are for before choosing the design and garment. A volunteer shirt may need a clear role label; staff apparel may use the organization’s logo; a fundraiser can carry a design created for that event. Explain the groups in your order so we can discuss the selection for each.

Del Print’s casual collection includes short- and long-sleeve tees, hoodies, and crewneck sweatshirts. Embroidered polos are another option for staff apparel. Our team can recommend products around your quantity and budget, then prepare a quote for the selection.

If sponsor names or logos belong on the shirt, send the approved artwork and placement requirements together. Our art team can prepare a mock-up showing how the organization, event, and sponsor information fit on the garment.

Event Planning

Bring the event date and the shirt details together

An event shirt order needs a final design and a quantity you can approve. Gather the wording, logo files, shirt colors, and size counts, and tell us when the items are needed. If another person or a sponsor needs to review the design, include that in the discussion.

For merchandise you plan to sell, we can quote the selected products and decoration. Use those costs with your organization’s fundraising plan when setting a selling price. Include different quantities in your inquiry if you need to compare the cost of the options.

You can also consider tote bags or drinkware for information packs, merchandise, or thank-you gifts. The minimums and production schedules depend on the selected item. Our Greencastle team can help you compare the products before committing to an order.
