Preparing your logo for embroidery
An embroidery design is prepared as a stitch file, a process known as digitizing. The design’s finished size and detail affect how it can be stitched. Small lettering and fine shapes may need adjustments when the logo is used in a compact space.
Send the artwork you have, along with any brand color guidelines or an existing embroidered sample. Our art team can review the design and prepare a mock-up for the garment. We’ll discuss the size, thread colors, placement, and any artwork preparation needed.
The amount of stitching affects the decoration cost, and quantity also matters. We’ll quote the design and garments you select. If you’re including hats in the same request, the logo needs to be considered for the hat’s shape and available embroidery area as well.

Our showroom is at 21 Sarah Susan Lane in Greencastle. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:00. You can compare samples and discuss the order; call ahead if you want to see a particular product.
