Department & Member Apparel

Give the department or organization its place on the design

A department shirt can combine an emblem, organization name, and other approved wording. Start with those files and the locations where you want the design to appear. Our art team can prepare a mock-up so the people approving the order can review the layout together.

Short- and long-sleeve tees, hoodies, and crewneck sweatshirts provide options for general department and member apparel. Embroidered polos and caps can be considered for meetings, public events, and organization merchandise.

For a veteran post or chapter, send the approved emblem and any rules governing its use. We’ll review the design on the chosen products. If the request involves specified workwear, include the garment requirements before selecting products or decoration; the everyday apparel shown here is not protective equipment.

Artwork & Approval

Prepare one proposal for the people approving the order

Collect the design details, garment colors, and size quantities before requesting the final quote. Identify any differences between department shirts, member apparel, and merchandise. That lets the proposal show the items and artwork for each part of the order.

If you are planning a fundraiser or public event, include the date at the start. Shirts, bags, and drinkware can be quoted as merchandise options. The quantity requirements and schedules depend on the products you select, so confirm them before announcing availability.

Our showroom gives your organization a local place to discuss the selection. Bring existing apparel or artwork if you want to continue a current design. We’ll help prepare the request and confirm the products, pricing, and schedule for the new order.
